RETURNS, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATIONS
Our Exchange policy:
Return initiation only occurs in the case of damage, where the report must be within two days of delivery receipt. The customer
needs to inform us about the item which he wishes to return in case of damage by contacting us by email at
Return of products to 6skins:
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Email our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details. Pack the merchandise in the same
box with all tags, labels, stickers, and the original invoice.
- You will receive an email response from us within 24 hours of your request with the requisite return details. You will then
have to courier the product back to us as advised.
- Once we receive the shipment, the product goes through a quality check, and we shall process an exchange if the
product(s) are in the proper stipulated conditions below:-
- All products must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging
- All returns must be authorized through email@example.com.
- Products must be returned in saleable condition within 14 days of return advise
- 6Skins will not refund the original shipping charges, or bear the cost of returns, unless the product is faulty or incorrect
- Returned products should include the packing slip and original receipt.
In the event where a customer requests a refund instead of an exchange, a refund will be reimbursed only with Store Credit equal
to the value of the product(s).
Cancellation of orders:
We shall only make refunds back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the
refund transfer to be completed.
After the order processing, cancelation is not allowed.
