DELIVERY INFORMATION

When you shop with 6Skins, we know you want to start seeing the results right away. We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible, and we ship within a day of receiving your order. Our logistics process is designed to reduce waiting time, so you can expect to receive your products in three to five days. Returns are only accepted if your goods arrive damaged.

Transportation:

When you select a shipping method, you are automatically requesting for us to arrange a third-party courier on your behalf. We only work with reputable courier companies that prioritise the efficiency and safety of your delivery. Unforeseen delays can occasionally occur, and we cannot be held responsible. If you do not receive your order within seven working days, please track your order with the courier company or contact us directly.

Delivery Time:

We ship orders across the U.A.E. and GCC, and the exact delivery time will depend on your location. Deliveries take place between 9AM to 9PM, Saturday to Thursday.

*All orders must be placed within our working hours 8AM to 5PM, Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed outside of these working hours, and/or UAE bank holiday, and/or Friday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the order’s submission. Delivery times are estimate. Order deliveries may face delays during promotional activities, sale season, and bank holidays.

**Any order to the GCC must be approved in writing by 6Skins Customer Support through customersupport@6skinsuae.com.

Delivery Charges:

Transportation charges are based on weight. To view the exact delivery charges, please proceed to the checkout section. You must check your address is correct when placing your order to avoid delivery to the wrong location. If the wrong details are provided, you will be charged to have the order reshipped to the correct address.
